Morgan Pfaff, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist & Owner
Morgan is a local to the Lynchburg, VA area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science: Clinical with a minor in Psychology from Liberty University in 2017. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg (previously known as Lynchburg College) in 2020. Since graduation, she has been practicing as a pediatric and pelvic floor physical therapist for 4 years and has taken over several hundred hours in continuing education. 
 
As the founder of Thriving Babies Therapy, Morgan is a passionate pediatric physical therapist who is dedicated to helping babies thrive, through all areas of development. She loves educating and empowering parents to have the appropriate tools to help support their babies through every stage. Morgan has a special interest in helping babies with tension get comfortable in their bodies so they can eat, play, and be happy! Morgan uses Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) in conjunction with traditional pediatric physical therapy to help her babies with tightness develop symmetrically and comfortably. She also uses Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) therapy to help babies with low tone meet their gross motor milestones. 
 
Morgan also practices pelvic floor physical therapy at the Fem PT. She loves being able to help mom’s through pregnancy and postpartum while simultaneously treating her babies! 

Beth Anne Jamerson, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Beth Anne is a pediatric occupational therapist with twenty one years of experience. She specializes in fine motor development, sensory integration dysfunction, and is certified in handwriting without tears. She believes that children develop and learn through their man occupation, which is play! 

Madison McCaw

Office Assistant

Madi, born and raised in Forest, Virginia, brings a strong foundation in health and wellness to our pediatric therapy team. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion and a minor in Psychology, along with a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University. Madi’s diverse experience spans health promotion, wellness initiatives, and public health as well as business administration, client relations, and organizational management. This background enables her to provide exceptional, client-centered care and support for families and children. Madi is also an aunt, which brings her personal experience with babies to our team.
